"I remember my very first culinary demonstration at the Reading Terminal in Philadelphia - years ago - in which I was able to hand-pick awesome ingredients for my recipes from local vendors within this historic indoor market" said Chef Joseph, owner of Helping Hand Concierge. Due to this memorable experience, Chef Joseph continues to build strong partnerships with his regional suppliers, so he may always acquire the best ingredients for his recipes.
 
During his down time, Chef Joseph visits businesses within the Tri-state region that offer unique and flavorful produce, meats, cheeses, plus other specialty items. He then returns to his private kitchen in Bucks County - where he creates signature dishes that incorporate ingredients that really "impressed" him during his culinary tours."I completely enjoy creating healthy, tasty recipes for my clientele  - it is my Zen." said Joseph.
