Mer Soleil "Silver" Chardonnay 2007 [750ml/12case] $32.95 [375ml/12case] $17.95
The "sibling" wine to our famous Mer Soleil Chardonnay, this wine is matured in stainless steel and concrete vats to retain acidity and display minerality. It's like Grand Cru Chablis with California fruit intensity. A perfect match to Chilean sea bass, grilled lobster or soft cheeses.
"..This is a stunning wine, showing the laserlike purity and bright acids that this northwestern part of the Santa Lucia Highlands coaxes from the grapes. The brilliantly illuminated flavours range from limes to kiwis to green apples, peaches and guavas. The finish is dry, but with a honeyed unctuousness.." 92 points, Wine Enthusiast, Dec 2007

Pieropan Soave Classico 2008 [750ml/12case] $20.45
"Leonildo Pieropan is one of Italy's five or six best white wine producers, and his Soaves are benchmarks for the category." International Wine Cellar, March/April 2008
Here's a great opportunity to step outside-the-box and try a wine made from a grape you're maybe not familiar with - Garganega. When Garganega is grown with care in the oldest or "Classico" zone of Soave near Verona it produces a very elegant, smoky, peachy, minerally, almond tinged white that pairs well with all sorts of cuisines and can develop even more complexity over 3-5 years.

| Ralph Fowler Viognier 2007 Mt. Benson [750ml/12case] $20.95
Viognier is native to Northern Rhône, notably the great wines of Condrieu, but it has found another home on the sun-baked and wind whipped shores of the Great Southern Ocean in Australia.
This wine can simply be described as "exotic". Full bodied for a white, giving off unusual aromas of custard, honeysuckle, white peaches, mandarin and lychee. It is silky and rich on the palate with a long finish and lovely balanced flavours of apricot, dried fruits and roasted nuts. This wine can
accompany a wide range of foods but is possibly best matched to cheese plates, baked fish, roasted chicken or summer salads. Enjoy the wine now for its unusual flavours and aroma or cellar 4-5 years and allow its musk and honeysuckle aromas to really develop.

Hunter's Pinot Noir 2007 Marlborough [750ml/12case] $23.95
Jane Hunter was among the first to see the immense potential of
Marlborough as a wine-producing region. Together with her late husband
Ernie, Jane established Hunter's Wines in the picturesque Wairau Valley
in 1983. Since then she has won national and international acclaim for
her contribution to the New Zealand wine industry. This wine is a terrific example of New Zealand Pinot Noir at a very reasonable price. This wine is a smooth medium bodied Pinot Noir with rich, ripe berry and subtle
forest floor aromas. These aromas, combined with wild berries, dark red
fruits and mild spicy oak flavours make an enjoyable and easy drinking
wine.
