The holidays are upon us again! Soon it will be time to give thanks....and I am SO thankful for the opportunity to work with so many wonderful and fun women through Pure Romance! One of the highlights of my month is connecting with you at our monthly team meeting.
Speaking of which, if you're a local gal, you'll want to mark your calendar for November 22nd! We'll be doing a Pure Romance Product Showcase and potluck! Most of our product line will be out and available for you to touch, taste & handle, so here's your opportunity to familiarize yourself with some things that didn't come in your kit (Door Swing? Black Tie Affair?).

Congratulations to Jamie Grossmann who promoted to Director in October (just shy of her 1 year anniversary with Pure Romance, no less!). If you haven't met Jamie personally, you probably recognize her name, as she has consistently been one of our team's top performers in 2010 with over $36,000 in retail sales already this year! She launched her Pure Romance business while balancing a demanding full time job and active family, and has since transitioned into Pure Romance full-time which has allowed her to be home with her young daughter, Brooke, during the day.
A naturally gifted "connector," Jamie joins myself, Ashly Becklin, Jackie Engen and Erin Gottfried as part of the All Star Leadership team. Welcome, Jamie! |

Why did you join Pure Romance?
I joined PR because I thought it would be fun to sell bedroom accessories. Then, after I became a consultant, I learned about what a great company I joined. AND the fabulous team I had lucked into! God was looking out for me! I have never regreted my choice for signing up!
What have you enjoyed most about being a consultant?
There are so many things I enjoy about being a consultant! If I had to choose only one, it would have to be the relationships with the other consultants. I thought they would be catty and competitive, but to my surprise - they are the most wonderful women I have ever met! I love PR gals!
What accomplishment with your business are you the most proud of?
I am most proud of how much I have grown into my business. I started off thinking this was a hobby business, and now my focus has changed. My vision is very defined and clear. I love the idea of staying a student. I have built a small library from from PR, direct sales speakers and the Million Dollar Protiege Program.
What would you most like to accomplish in the next year?
I would most like to win the 2011 trips.
What advice would you share with a new consultant just getting started?
Come out and get involved. PR Happy Hours, Empowerment summits,Team Meetings, take advantage of all the local PR Events. Get to know your sister consultants, learn the culture of the business!

Two additional $50 winners will be drawn if team sales exceed $75,000 in November
*Team manual specifies American Express gift card, but thought you'd be ok with cash instead! Drawing will take place at our team meeting in December. Consultants who live within a 75 mile radius of the meeting location MUST be present at the December meeting to be eligible for the drawing.
Consultants outside of a 75 mile radius will have incentive mailed to them if unable to attend and name is drawn.
