Financial Support
Our ministry finances have dropped in recent months and need to be strengthened heading into the coming months of transition
Service Scheduling
Pray the God would help us fill our schedule with many opportunities to share our ministry, and that Pastors would catch the vision for pastoral training in Europe.
Year End at CTS
Pray for a strong finish to our year at CTS, and also for our third year students who are seeking direction for their lives after CTS
Moving Home
Pray for the countless details surrounding our move back to the US in June.

Countdown to Coming Home!
| |
Twelve weeks! In only 84 days we will be coming home to the U.S. for our scheduled year of itineration. While we are sad to leave behind (temporarily) our ministry here in Belgium, it is exciting to see how God is putting together the pieces for us as we make this transition now as a family of five.
We are now scheduling services, appointments, and coffees with pastors and friends to share about our ministry and re-connect with all those who have faithfully supported us during these last twelve years. Please contact me if you would like to get together while we are home. We are happy to come for a church service, Bible study, small group, you name it! Or just meet for coffee. The ministry of training leaders for Europe's churches is vital. We are happy to be a part of it and look forward to sharing it with you.
Thanks for taking a few moments to see some highlights from the last few months. Looking briefly at the PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE hopefully you can catch a glimpse of the unique character of CTS and why we love what we do! We appreciate your support and friendship and look forward to hopefully seeing you very soon.
Blessings,
The Johnsens
Glen, Dana, Ben, Nathan and Laura

THE PAST - First ever Alumni Weekend
 | |
In February we celebrated the first ever Alumni Weekend at CTS. Reunions are rare at CTS because after graduation our graduates scatter to many different countries around the world. This year, however, some alumni decided to try a reunion for those who could make it regardless of the year they graduated. We had a great turn out and a weekend full of meaningful events and fellowship. Though most of those attending came from Belgium or immediate neighboring countries, one family came all the way from Finland. It reminded us again how thankful we are to be a part of CTS and for its impact in the lives of so many who are now in ministry all over the continent!

| THE PRESENT - CTS Singers tour in Germany & France | |

Next week is the annual Student Ministry Week at CTS. From March 24th until April 1st CTS students will travel across Europe both near and far in small groups to participate in ministry assisting local churches. From street evangelism, concert outreaches, food & clothing distribution to leading local church Bible studies our students will assist local pastors in impacting their communities. Please pray for safety and effectiveness as God is at work in these churches AND the lives of our students.
During this time Glen will lead the CTS Singers as they make a 9 day concert tour in Germany and the Alsace region of France. Thank you for your prayers for this group as they minister in music in German, French and English speaking churches around this region.

THE FUTURE - Open Doors
|
Praise God for a strong turnout for our Spring Open Doors. This two-day event on our campus is for prospective students to get a taste of campus life, classes and chapel while also getting many of their questions answered. Nearly forty people came from all over the region to consider whether God would have them include CTS in their future. Please pray for all those who came as they consider their next steps.

...life at our house...
|
Here we go again... Dana and I counted today and realized that we have lived in thirteen different homes in fifteen years of marriage. You might think that the moving gets easier the more we do it. I know I thought that... The reality is that it is always difficult to pack up and say goodbye no matter which direction we are headed across the Atlantic. Thank you for your prayers in the coming months as we prepare to move home. Pray for Ben and Nathan who (at 6 years old) are now realizing what it is to leave friends behind. We are SO thankful that they have each other...it is God's special gift to our family. Once again we want to say how much we love and appreciate each of you who prays and supports us so that we can follow God's call on our life here in Belgium. We DO look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in the coming months!
