Love, Life and Smiles

Worrying about bad breath on those blind dates?  According to a survey of 250 people, released by Colgate, 52% identified having bad breath as the worst thing that could happen on a blind date.  This was followed by running out of money (20%), getting food stuck between your teeth (12%), and bumping into an ex (10%).

If you make it past that first date free of dragon breath and are wondering what to do for date number two?  Colgate says skip the hot dog and ball game - it came in last as a favorite evening (4%).  Number one?  Dinner and a movie!

Don't Forget!
Valentine's Day Reminder

Wow!  Time really does fly.  It's hard to believe that I am celebrating my 30th year in dentistry.

So many things have changed since I set up practice in Langhorne back in 1978.   Almost everything from dental techniques to philosophical principles, from our address to staffing, has evolved since that time.

What hasn't changed is my committment to my patients and my efforts to bring you the best, most up-to-date personalized care possible.

I thank you for your trust and loyalty. Thanks to patients like you, I know that the coming years will be just as interesting and exciting as the last 30 have been.

Again, I thank you and I look forward to many more years of helping patients like you get the healthy smile they want and deserve.

What's Your Dental Age?
Ah, the Fountain of Youth! For centuries people have looked for some magic solution to turn back the clock and reverse the process of aging. There are many ways to spend your money trying to look younger...everything from cosmetics to plastic surgery.  Often we overlook the simplest solution - just improve your smile!

Many people don't realize that as time passes, our smiles are not as bright as they should be.  Coffee, tea, wine, and smoking can all contribute to dull stained teeth. Time and periodontal disease can shrink the underlying bone and gum tissue giving us that "long in the tooth" look and adding years to our appearance.

If your teeth are making you look older than you are, come see us for a smile evaluation.  We can't promise you the Fountain of Youth but we can start you on the path toward a brighter and more youthful appearance!

Are You Doing All You Can to Encourage a Youthful Smile?
If you can answer "True" to most of these statements, you are well on the way to maintaining a beautiful, youthful, healthy smile!

I'm always amazed to hear of air crash victims so badly mutilated that they have to be identified by their dental records.  What I can't understand is, if they don't know who you are, how do they know who your dentist is?
