Co-founder of UICHR dies
International Programs lost a dear friend with the passing of Rex Honey on Oct. 23. Honey co-founded the UI Center for Human Rights in 1999 and was a beloved professor, scholar and colleague in the UI community. He is described as passionate, dedicated, generous and youthful, among a long list of endearing characteristics.
