St. John Episcopal Church in Robertsdale will once again host its annual Draw Down/Silent Auction on Saturday, October 15th, 2011 at 6:00 pm at the Loxley Civic Center in Loxley, Alabama.
The Grand Prize is $5,000 Grand Prize plus additional cash prizes will be given! This year a flat screen TV will be given as a bonus grand prize.
Tickets are $100 each and will admit two adults (must be over 21). Only 200 tickets will be sold. Each ticket includes door prizes, beer wine, food and entertainment. The public is invited! Dress is casual. dress casual.
SPLIT OR NO SPLIT will be on each ticket stub (When we get to the last 5 tickets in the barrel, if all 5 are marked split, then the $5,000 will split 5 way s. If the first 4 tickets say split, but the final ticket drawn says do not split, then the whole $5,000 will go to the owner of the last ticket drawn)Insurance: If your ticket is drawn, you will have one (1) chance to purchase insurance for the cost of $20 to have your ticket placed back in the barrel for another chance. Insurance can be purchased one time for each ticket purchased. You need not be present to win $5,000 grand prize, but must be present to win all other prizes. New and "gently used" treasures will be presented for sale...Antiques/Collectibles, Religious items, Jewelry, Furniture, Ladies-Men-Children's Boutiques, Art Gallery, Seaside, Home and Holiday Décor, and many more surprises.
Baked goods and other delicious homemade items will also be available. Great time to purchase your Thanksgiving desserts and goodies!
An exciting preview Gala will be held on Friday, November 18th from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Life Center-St. Paul's, Daphne. Tickets are $15.00 Advance/$20 at the Door and go on sale starting Sunday, October 2nd at St. Paul's between church services or you may contact the Thrift Shop at 626-6102 for more information. Gala ticket price includes light hors d'oeuvres, two beverages, complimentary glass and early bird shopping! Limited number of tickets available, so buy early!
