DIOCESAN NEWS
Apologies to all who have attempted to email the staff over the past few days. We've had intermittent email trouble for almost a week! Please bear with us and thank you for your patience. A tech guy is in the office now and hopefully our email turmoil will be resolved!
From the Coastline Editor.... until our email problems are resolved, you are welcome to use my "hurricane back-up" email address: coastline.editor@gmail.com
For those who have sent photos to me this week, guess what. I haven't received them. In fact, I haven't received much email at all since Friday, April 29th. So please try to resend to my "hurricane" email address listed above. While we are on the email subject, please make a note that the gmail address listed above will be the Coastline email address should something happen to our system in the office. Hopefully we won't have to use it for its real purpose, but its a good time for you to know about it in case of ... you know... if a(n?) "H" hits again. Thanks.

CURSILLO #145 CANCELLED : ( Weekend #145 is Cancelled, but..... There's good news, not so good, then a layer of good news again! A news sandwich! While there is clearly a tremendous interest in attending Cursillo weekends among folks from many parishes around our diocese, the calendar of May 19-22 proved to have too many scheduling conflicts with those who have youths in school or those who are involved in the school events of their grand kids. Even our priests have graduation celebrations and baccalaureate services for their parishioners and families. So, Cursillo Weekend #145 is cancelled....but wait! There's more.... another weekend will be added to the schedule this fall or next year ('12)! Add to that good news sandwich a huge side dish of staff excitement and enthusiasm! The wonderful staff who has been faithfully preparing to serve are, you guessed it, ready to serve as soon as possible.
For more information about future Cursillo events sure to be seasoned to your taste, please visit www.coastalpilgrims.com, or find us on facebook (Cursillo in the Episcopal Diocese in the Central Gulf Coast) or contact your parish liaison or call Commission Chair Janet Foote @ 251.978.6311.
