| February & March Conversations with P'taah

We realized recently that the February Conversation with P'taah with Philipp Dahmen had never gotten added to the website. Our apologies. It was a great session, with some questions from Philipp and me and some that were sent in. Topics ranged from how our perceptions color our lives, the power of 'giving your ego the microphone', dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome and madness, more information on idea-constructs, how we can create effortlessly, organisms and sexuality, energy concerns and finally great information on discernment and how we can use discernment in every moment to make decisions on whether or not something is appropriate for us. It's listed on the website now and can be ordered as either an MP3 download or a CD.
The March session - Burning Questions 4 - is also available. We covered a lot of ground there, too, starting with the question, if everything appears separate, how can we all be one? P'taah answered that by describing the Wheel of Creation, which is a wonderful way to visualize this concept. Other things we discussed were manifestation and co-creation, idea-constructs like debt, the after-life experience, 'ghosts', and transforming that 'dark place' where we all sometimes go. Then there is a fascinating track on the role of music and it's relationship to color and even smell, as well as the vibrational frequencies of sound. P'taah talked, with some cautions, about using hypnosis and other modalities to heal addictions, discussed autoimmune diseases and whether they really affect women more than men and ended the session back to the ever-popular topic of sex.
People who've read the books and wonder if there's any 'new' P'taah materials should really check out these sessions. The quality is excellent and P'taah consistently makes any question relevant and interesting.

| Message from P'taah

"I would desire to talk to you this day about the accumulation of pain that you are carrying. Because of what has occurred in your life over the years, that pain sits within you, within your emotional body, and indeed within the physical body, and eventually creates diseasement of the body. Any diseasement of the physical body is simply a reflection on that which is the emotional body. So how do you deal with it?
Now it is not a matter of concentrating on all of this that you regard to be negative. However until these issues are cleared within you, it is very difficult for you to step forward to become empowered, to take the power that is yours. And it is not that you have to step outside to take it. You do not have to step outside for anything. All of it, all of it, resides within you.
So very briefly we will speak about this thing because it is really one of the most important factors in your life. How to deal with it?
Let us take a hypothetical situation and we will pretend that you are in the situation so that you may have a feeling of what it would be like.
Let us say that you are very happily married and you love your mate very much. Then one day you come home unexpectedly and you find your mate very intimately involved with your best friend. Now, we take this hypothetical because in your society, this is a high drama.
Now what is called first reaction? First reaction is that you feel that you have been kicked in the belly by a horse. The pain is so intense that you do not believe that you can draw another breath. Your second reaction is that you want to take a knife from your table and you want to put it very directly into the heart of your mate and your best friend. You realize, however, that that does not work. It only gets you into a lot of trouble, but it does not get you out of the trouble.
All right, so after the anger and when you are sitting there in the anguish and humiliation of the betrayal, that is when you must say, "I have created this."
Not easy, beloved ones, and we know that it is not easy. However, it is to remind you that you create your own reality absolutely simply so that you may come to know your own God/Goddessness. That is the only reason you are here, the prime mission of your life now, to come to know your own God/Goddessness. And that which is the greater part of who you are will create situation after situation until you resolve it, until you transmute it.
All right, so take responsibility, own this experience. "I have created this experience!" And do you know what the bottom line is? It does not matter what the story is 'out there'. It does not matter at all what the story is. It has only been created so that you will FEEL the feeling. "I have created this."
Next - most difficult, most difficult - align the judgment. Well, if you really take responsibility, then aligning the judgment is not difficult at all because when you take the responsibility and you know that you have created situations simply that you may come into your God/Goddessness, you will say, "I give forth thanks and blessings to the situation. I give forth the thanks and blessings to my mate and to my best friend for creating this opportunity for me to become empowered, for me to come home."
And look at that judgment that you all have such judgments about. Know that that judgment truly is the key that will turn your heart once you simply acknowledge that that judgment is also an attribute of divinity else it would not exist in your universe. It simply aligns and becomes a no-thing. It dissolves in on itself.
That judgment you know, beloved peoples, is that which has been holding that pain within you, not only this lifetime but eons and eons of lifetimes. Lifetime after lifetime, it accumulates. The judgment is that which holds the pain within you.
Once it is aligned, the judgment that was called pain is simply a neutral energy, a neutral feeling within your belly. And once the judgment is dissolved, that energy can now whirl through your body to your heart, throat, through your crown, and in that moment you come into the totality of your beingness. In that moment, you will know who you are - One-ness. One with who you are, One with God/Goddessness.
It is called the transmutation of agony to ecstasy and in that moment everything changes, everything changes. Your physical bodies change down to the DNA. Your consciousness changes and that consciousness-change affects the consciousness of every, every being on your planet and that ecstasy is felt forth unto the multi-verses. And that is how you are going to change your planet.
Take responsibility, align the judgment and feel the feeling. You cannot do it. You cannot DO it. You can simply take responsibility, align the judgment and then be very still and allow that feeling to be.
Allowance is that Goddess energy that will take you back to the stars. Allowance is that which is the strongest power in your universe and indeed in any other universe. Allowance. Allowing yourself to be who you really are.
So it is not about DOING anything.
If we were into what is called making rules, we would only have one, hmm? And it would be called, the only thing that you are allowed to do is to do what makes your heart sing.
This is all about learning how to be a human being. A human being in the moment - being in the joy of it. And, beloved peoples, if it is not in the joy of it, then be in the anger of it. But be IN it! Be here, clear and present, now! Because you see, as you are being present now, as you are being, you are in allowance for all of the creativity, for all of that which is called universal energy, to flow through you.
And it is being in the moment and in the joy of it that creates the next now because you know, really, that is all you have. What is your future? You do not know. You have no idea. It could be anything. All of this could be a lot of bunk. You only have now to be, to be all that you possibly can be now. And in this fashion you may build a glorious future.
After all that is why you came here! You came here to have a glorious life. And it does not have to be complicated. It does not have to be a grand drama. It is simply to remember the principles of it. You create your own reality absolutely and everything 'out there' is a mirror to show you what you fear and what you believe. It is also there to show you how wondrous you are! Look at where you live. Look at the beauty. That is a reflection to you to show you who you are.
So my beloved ones, sufficient for this day. We love you grandly and look forward to our next now moment together.
