Pat Summitt To Continue Coaching Career Despite Alzheimer's Diagnosis  (The Washington Post) - The sports world was rocked in August when 59 year old Pat Summitt, the head basketball coach of the University of Tennessee Lady Volunteers, revealed that she has been diagnosed with younger on-set Alzheimer's but will continue her powerhouse coaching career.

September is World Alzheimer's Month 

Every year on September 21, the Association has partnered with global organizations and individuals to bring awareness during World Alzheimer's Day. This year, the entire month of September has been designated as World Alzheimer's Month. Learn about ways you can get involved here.
