Hello Friends,
I do hope this letter finds all of you well. With Fall soon approaching, we have many great events to look forward to, including the Rally in October. Hope to see you all there!
It has recently been brought to my attention that there seems to be a shortage of entrees during our potluck dinners. In order for all of the Gold Club Members to enjoy this family style event, I ask you to please observe the following suggestions and be courteous to all our club guests.
May I offer the following suggestions:
1. Please bring an ENTRÉE to the potluck dinners (enough for 6 others) If you are bringing additional guests from outside the club, please bring enough to compensate for the increased number.
2. Please do not take "doggy bags" or extra food until all guests have
been through the dinner line.
3. When selecting items, please mind your portions and remember there
are many people to feed.
Thanks to all of you for making these dinners such a successful event. You are a treasured member of the Gold Club; with your help, we can easily remedy this situation.
