The Company provides primary engineering and secondary finishing for OEM’s, Tier 1 automotive suppliers, and other industrial segments. Having been adversely impacted by the downturn in both automotive and bank credit markets, AMT lacked the necessary funding to support desired growth. PPC was engaged as the Company’s financial advisor to explore strategic and financial options for the business which resulted in the merger of an affiliated entity and arrangement of new credit facilities. The resulting transactions allowed AMT to refinance existing credit facilities while also creating significant credit availability to fund expansion initiatives.
