Correction

Ralph M. Engel, Partner, Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, LLP, alerted us to an ambiguity in the original version of our February story entitled "Congress Lets Estate Tax Empire, but May Act Retroactively." There is currently no federal estate tax on the estates of those dying during 2010. The New York estate tax remains in place. Thank you, Ralph for your thoughtful comments.
