E-Seminar on Thursday:

Using TOFMS and Spectral Deconvolution to Solve Flavor and Odor ProblemsFlavor Fragrance

Join industry expert Ray Marsili of Marsili Consulting group for a live, 45-minute e-seminar discussing flavor and fragrance problems, including mold metabolite profiling, musty taint in casein powder samples, floral fragrances, and off-flavor chemicals in beer. To solve these problems, he will demonstrate the advantage of using peak deconvolution based on high-density data provided by LECO GC-TOFMS instruments.

Presented on Thursday, May 17 at 10 am EST, 1600 hours CET.
