Protect Arts & Culture in the State Budget
This year, more than ever, the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the hundreds of partner organizations, schools, communities, and artists need to hear your voice on Beacon Hill.

So what can you do? ADVOCATE if you believe that the unique network of 329 local cultural councils and their 2,500 volunteers play a vital role in fostering community and civic pride through arts and cultural programs in every city and town in Massachusetts.

The most effective thing we can do now is to send a very strong message to the Senate to restore arts funding. The Senate Committee on Ways and Means releases its budget in a couple of weeks. The key Senators to write to are:
