Luscious Lips in Colder Weather  As the cooler weather sets in, our bodies adjust to it and you probably notice your skin feels more dry and your lips are going to require a bit more TLC. Lips can peel, crack in the corners and even bleed. Cracked, chapped lips need extra care during the colder months.If you're going outside, apply a base of SPF 30 sunblock first, and then add Vaseline Petroleum Jelly or Aquaphor Healing Ointment.
