Washington Revels at Heritage Days
Saturday, June 23 & Sunday, June 24 |
 Heritage Montgomery hosts its annual Heritage Days celebration featuring Washington Revels! The Washington Revels Heritage Voices, Jubilee Voices, and Roustabout String Band perform at three historic sites - the Sandy Spring Slave Museum, historic St. Paul Community Church in Poolesville, and Glen Echo Park - over this two-day, free-of charge, county-wide festival. They will be accompanied by Abraham Lincoln and his secretary, John Nicolay, as well as a former slave girl, Ann Maria Weems, who escaped to freedom on the Underground Railroad disguised as a coachboy.

Revels Honored at Big Train Baseball Game

 Once again, Washington Revels singers will entertain the fans at a Bethesda Big Train baseball game at the Shirley Povich ballpark! We will also be recognized at the game as a notable nonprofit organization in Montgomery County! Independence Day Parade, July 4 123rd Celebration in Takoma Park, Maryland | |

Come join Washington Revels as we march and sing (or hand out flyers) in the 123d Takoma Park Independence Day Parade! Our hardy band of Revelers -- adults, teens, and children -- will dress in white bedecked with multi-colored sashes and arm ribbons.
