 Blue skies prevailed for Barracks Row Fall Festival on Capitol Hill 2012. Since 2001, every fall our neighborhood comes together to celebrate how things have changed and how they've stayed the same. Trapeze School New York brought a trapeze rig to the Row this year- the costumed circus artists put on a show in front of Senart's Oyster and Chop House.

The Historic Marines wearing uniforms from past conflicts are shown here with a present day donkey from our Petting Zoo. Batala, the female African-Caribbean drum band, packed the street with fans.


Local kids love Chesty while military chefs compete in Cook Off 2012.

 DC State Fair judges determine the best tomato grown in DC.
