Capitol Hill 4th of July Parade on Barracks Row View Our Album; Call Us for Photos of Your Group
The Capitol Hill 2012 4th of July Parade on Barracks Row sponsored by the Freemasons Naval Lodge #4 and Tiber Creek Associates began with a hot and sunny day; the parade stepped off right on time at 10:00 a.m., led by the Commandant's Own Drum and Bugle Corps. The patriotic theme dominated every group whether the marchers were the Princess Patrol, far right; the Founding Fathers, below ( isn't that George Washington in the center of these patriots?); or the All American kid on the scooter, to right, bringing up the end of her marchers. We saw familiar friends in the parade like the hard working Capitol Hill BID Men in Blue, below; and all the marchers made friends in the shade under the freeway, at left, the Greyhounds meet some of the Miss US Contestants. Here are the Greyhounds and the Miss US Contestants as they marched in the parade: Our Barracks Row Main Street photographer took shots of almost every group; if you'd like us to send you the photos of your group from the 2012 4th of July Parade call 202-544-3188.
