The lower section of Barracks Row, 8th Street SE south of Southeast/Southwest Freeway is under study in a visioning exercise. We are soliciting community input for the vision of this section of Historic Capitol Hill, as the area will likely be undergoing development over the next few years. Please come and be a part of this exercise.
