Why teachers should become NCEA Certified
Consumers are more educated than ever about the services they want and expect from estheticians. In turn, esthetic students want to be prepared to offer the advanced services. They need advanced skills to be competitive in the job market. Some schools are responding by extending esthetic program hours. This leap in education can be daunting for instructors. NCEA Certification gives us the confidence to step forward. It demonstrates to our students we do have the knowledge to share with them, and inspire them to seek certification. Certification tells peers, employers, clients and students that we have stood up to national measure and succeeded. More
