NCEA CERTIFICATION LAUNCHES IN CANADA

Halifax,
Nova Scotia -- June 1st, 2009 - - The NCEA is pleased to announce that they
have entered into an agreement with Schwenker & Associates based in Halifax,
Nova Scotia to represent the NCEA Certification Program in Canada.
"NCEA's National Certification Program was founded on the principle of raising
the esthetician's education to the level required to be successful in today's
competitive workplace. Bringing this program to Canada will strengthen the Canadian
esthetician's skill set and give them a global step up if they choose to
work in the states and to be on the cutting edge," said Susanne S. Warfield,
executive director of the NCEA.
ISO-Quality Testing-a international
provider of computer-based testing-will offer NCEA certification candidates
the ease of their online registration system, and international testing centers,
will greatly improve service to our NCEA candidates that have met their candidate
requirements. They will provide secure, user-friendly, high quality, reasonably-priced
computerized examination delivery services to credentialing bodies, and the

Schwenker
& Associates is an independent management consulting practice based in
Halifax, Nova Scotia with specializations in Human Resources management and
development (incl. e-training, coaching and leadership development), project
management & evaluation, strategic planning, and facilitation services.
The practice is well recognized for coaching and training management consultants
across Canada and for providing services to develop consultants and consulting
organizations internationally.
Kevin Schwenker, FCMC, specializes
in Management education, serving as a National Trainer for CMC-Canada (the
professional organization of Certified Management Consultants in Canada)
and also delivers a number of management courses in the Sobey School of Business
MBA program at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Canada, and as an adjunct
professor at SMOT, a private graduate management school in Chennai, India.
He has led a wide range of multi-faceted consulting projects locally, nationally
and internationally, for private, public and not-for-profit sector clients.
Kevin's links with the NCEA date back to the founding of the organization.
In June 2000, he was brought to New York to facilitate the development of
the first governance model, bylaws, and strategic direction of the NCEA.
Kevin continued to work with the organization facilitating its Annual General
Meetings and Board of Directors meetings for the next two years. He performed
similar duties in assisting with the founding of the Society of Dermatology
SkinCare Specialists in San Francisco in February 2002. Kevin also contributed
editorial assistance to the PCI Journal from time to time, including abstracting
medical journal articles for issues published in 2004-2005.
Overview of the National NCEA Certification Program
The path to becoming NCEA Certified begins with knowing if you meet the candidate
requirements. Complete the application with supporting documents, and submit
for verification. Prepare for and take the National Certification Exam. This
entire program can be completed in as little as 6-8 weeks.
