Hello, Reader,
In our recent survey, you, our readers, said that you liked having one location to track upcoming events. We listened and this is the result.
Today, we are unveiling a new website dedicated to the many community events going on in Souderton and Telford Boroughs. Check out the article below.
Due to unforeseen technical problems, I could not log into the office computer over the weekend to load all the other articles we have for the newsletter. Consequently, I will be doing another in two weeks with the rest of the month's fun and excitement.
Now go learn about our new addition to our family of websites.

You Can Join In, Literally!
 We invite you to check out the newest website in our family of websites. This website is designed to help you plan for upcoming community events for your family, friends and organizations.
As you browse through this site, you will see a tab for Souderton events, a tab for Telford Events and a miscellaneous event tab. The color scheme will change quarterly with the seasons.
Since this is the website by and for Souderton Telford Main Streets, you find the Souderton Holiday Parade, the Telford Tree Lighting and the Farmers' Market highlighted but we have plenty of room for everyone else.
Better yet, you can create a Google Calendar for your business or organization and link it to this website. That way, you update the listings for community events that you run from the convenience of your own computer.
All the instructions for listing community events are on the page for adding events. Of course, if you only run one event a year, you can enter it directly to the website.
Over the years, people have suggested that we create a site like this. Bob Brecker is the first to layout a plan to make it happen. Without his hard work, we could never had launched this work-in-progress. We all owe him a big thank you for his hard work and his dedication to making this site an ongoing success.
Please remember that this site will never be "done." It will always be a work-in-progress as events come and go. We need YOUR HELP to make this an effective one-stop site for all community events for Souderton and Telford.

| Market Season Is Winding Down

Time for apples and pumpkins
With the change of seasons comes a change of produce and products. If you were at the market at the peak of the season, you will find a completely different selection of produce this Saturday.
The crafters wanted us to remind you that it is not too soon to start your holiday shopping. Whether you need a hostess gift for Thanksgiving or a special present for Christmas, you will find a wide selection at the market.
The Market is open for business from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Rain or shine. Our farmers will always be there but some of our other vendors don't do well in the rain.
The vendors fall into three categories:
Of course, we always try to jazz things up. Woody Poles will be performing (weather permitting) for the rest of the season.
The best part of theIndian Valley Farmers' Market is seeing all the familiar faces of vendors, friends, neighbors and family while you stock up on fresh, locally grown food!

 The annual Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce Expo is on Thursday from noon until 6:30 pm. Join us at the Indian Valley Country Club for this great networking event.

Survey Closing on Thursday
The Economic Restructuring committee will start to analyze the survey results on Thursday morning at their 8 am meeting.
It is not too late to add you input.
If you want have a say, click here and go take our Business Owner Survey.
The next phase of the survey will be a marketing survey that will ask you about where your business is already marketing, what works and what does not work. We also want to know who would be interested in doing cooperative marketing. This is why we were looking for your email addresses. To better communicate with you.
