It was 8:45AM on Tuesday, September 11th, 2001.  I was in my kitchen, getting ready to leave my house to go on an appointment.

 

Then, the first plane hit.  A short while later, another one hit.  The Pentagon came next.  Like many of us, I wondered "What is happening?"

 

We are so very fortunate to live in the United States of America.  Too many times, it seems we forget just how lucky we are.

God bless our great country and all of the men and women who fight every day to keep it what it is today.
