Recently, I experienced my 2nd computer crash in less than 4 months! The latest one happened on my fairly new Gateway One computer - all because it became unplugged, thus preventing it from shutting down correctly. (I now have a backup battery, by the way) The point is - it shouldn't have crashed but these things happen occasionally when you work on a computer.
Now I know that MANY of you do not regularly backup your computer. (I know this because you've admitted it to me!) Think about it - if you computer crashed suddenly, would you be in trouble? Hello!

As I write this, I can't believe that we are almost at the end of the year. Many of you may not know that I started my VA business a little less than a year before my father had a major stroke 4+ years ago. It was truly a blessing to "be my own boss" and have the the time and the means to spend so much extra time with him - time I otherwise would not have had if I had been in the corporate world. You all have been so gracious and wonderful to me over these last few months since I lost my dad; I can't thank you enough.

My website homepage has my video, I send out video emails, and I do video phone calls with clients and prospective clients. One of my newest clients recently told me:
