We love when we get to show off finished garments! We just received a collection from the ladies at KelbourneWools. Courtney and Kate operate this great business and in their spare time they wrote a book....Modern Vintage Knits (which is reviewed in this very newsletter!) and the pieces are awesome! Come see what you too can create! The trunk show will be featured at Knit-a-Bit through March 21st!

Also appearing at Knit-a-Bit this week will be another order from Signature Needles!  The first shipment went quickly, so if you are interested in adding to your needle collection, please stop by and you will understand what is so phenomenal about these needles!

Yarn Spotlight
Versa from Berroco
New yarns are coming in daily!  We should only hope that the sun appears as frequently!  The new lines are arriving now and a lot of the lines are designed to be "year long" yarns for wearables that are suitable for more than one season!

Ironically, when we initially saw the newest yarns from Berroco back in November we said no to one....then we went to Vogue Live and saw how foolish we had been!  VERSA from Berroco is this great looking multi colored yarn that is knitting up at 3.5 stitches on a 10 needle!  We have most of the colors and the pattern book too!  Be thankful that we came to our senses because this yarn is FABULOUS!

There's more to like as well!  Come see what is new!  We're busy working in the newest arrivals!

Saying Goodbye to a Knit-a-Bit friend!  :(

Some of you, especially the Sunday Stockinetteers may have heard that our dear friend Karen is moving.....she's heading to Hoboken to live in style and pursue her love of knitting!  She will be missed by many and we want to show her our love!  Please stop by on Sunday, March 11th to say goodbye, give her a hug and even wish her an early birthday!   We will really miss her enthusiasm for the craft that we all love and we will really miss having her around!  Knit-a-Bit loves you Karen!  Best of everything!

F.O.'s Gallery!

Maxine knit up this adorable Baby Surprise Jacket using Zarina Print and then she made the buttons appear to be tied on!  Too cute!  A lucky little girl in Texas will be the talk of the town!

Laura made these cute Valentine's Day socks for her grandsons!  Sure to be a cherished Valentine treat!  Larua used Zara nd the Yankee Knitter Designs pattern!

I actually made this Caffe vest using Voyage and Nanuk from Berroco featured in booklet #314....a fun, quick knit!  If you look closely, beyond the ever present ironing board, you will see what we used as the original logo when we started this little buisness almost 10 years ago! Just a little bit of Knit-a-Bit history to make your day!

This brings this week's newsletter to a close, please don't cry....Pam WILL be knitting this Monday night!  Come and bring your latest project and remember, a reservation is never required!  How great is that!  Come check out the newest yarns and patterns!
