We're getting ready to pour the second serving of Wine Academy next month. Level Two: The Regions focuses on the world's most renowned wine regions of reckoning: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, United States, Chile, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. If you are a Level One graduate or have a working knowledge of grape varietals, viticulture and vinification, this course will take your wine knowledge to a new international status.
