Learn where your food comes from with our new Farmer's Market Tour and Cooking Class. You'll walk away with the best seasonal produce from the Lincoln Square farmer's market and understand how to cook it. Our chef will lead a tour through the market, talking with farmers about their ingredients then host an improvisational cooking class featuring the best of the market. If you thought it was a little too hot to fire up the grill this summer, look forward to fall on our patio. With Labor Day just a month away, we're welcoming outdoor classes!
Our upcoming grilling classes will teach you how to be a master of both charcoal and gas, while keeping your cool.
Grilling Workshop tackles the difference between barbecuing versus grilling as you watch our chef demonstrate dishes like Sweet & Spicy Barbecued Chicken and Grilled Pizza with Asparagus and Goat Cheese.
In our hands-on Grilling Fiesta, you'll work with tomatillos and chayote squash among other Latin ingredients to prepare dishes such as Grilled Skirt Steak Tortas with Smoked Salsa and Queso Fresco.
Global Grilling is all about exotic ingredients and bold flavors illustrated in hands-on dishes like Tandoori Shrimp with Cilantro Chutney and Fennel-Spiced Grilled Flatbread.
Upscale and sophisticated can be done on the grill! You'll experience dishes such as Hot-Smoked Trout with Bacony Watercress Salad and Creamy Horseradish Dressing in our Gourmet Grilling class.
