Gearing Up for Wine Academy
Fall is just around the corner. While kids get ready to go back to school, you should consider furthering your education as well. The Wine Academy at The Chopping Block is an intensive program with two different levels designed for people who want to learn more about the world of wine. Perfect for would-be wine nerds!
Level One
Wednesdays beginning October 3 for 6 Weeks (no class on 10/31) 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Merchandise Mart
You'll learn about wine tasting and sensory evaluation, how wine is made, the major grape varieties and vinification styles, as well as food and wine pairing.

Sundays beginning September 23 for 8 Weeks
1pm - 3:30pm Merchandise Mart
Delve into the wines of France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, United States, Chile, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. It's an international education in a glass!
