The First Annual Sewickley Soup Crawl
A new event for Sewickley. Come taste over a dozen soups from local restaurants and vote for your favorite. The winning restaurant will get bragging rights for "Best Soup of Sewickley". And for the non-restauranteurs, if you think you have what it takes to make the best soup, then enter your soup in our "Best Sewickley Souper" contest and have your soup judged by a celebrity panel of judges. You could walk away with a great prize! A St. Patty's Day themed scavenger hunt will be available for the kids so bring the whole family. $10 to enter your soup and $10 to participate in the Soup Crawl. Canned goods will also be collected at the registration table located at Wolcott Park. Proceeds benefit the Sewickley Community Center Food Bank. Kristen is a local artist from the Sewickley area. In 2007, she turned her love for painting into her professional career. Since beginning her journey with portraits, Kristen has expanded her portfolio into a broad based collection of water colors and oil painings. Kristen's artistic style is noted by touches of painterly, realism, and impressionism. Her art is focused on revealing the beauty of nature seen through a creative perspective.
