Sewickley United Methodist Church 64th Annual Turkey Dinner
A sumptuous feast of roast turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, green beans, coleslaw, dinner rolls, fruit pie, and beverages! Tickets for the dining room seatings at 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm are $15 for adults, $6 for children from 4 to 10 years of age, with children 3 and under admitted free. Girl's Night Out with Decadent Chocolates at Sweetwater Center for the Arts
Take a break from the busy world and come to Sweetwater Center for the Arts for a girls' night out! Let your creative side loose at this opportunity to socialize with the girls. Sweetwater is continuing its popular Girls' Night Out series with Decadent Chocolates! Whether you're cooking for a party or all for yourself, there's nothing more indulgent than chocolate! Taste different kinds of chocolate, and then use them to make a creamy mousse, a delicious cake, a luscious tart and other treats. Bring your sweet tooth! Feel free to bring wine (BYOB) and snacks! Tuition is $50 for members and $65 for non-members. This workshop is for students who are 21 and older. Due to the nature of culinary arts classes, Sweetwater is unable to accommodate food allergies/dietary restrictions. Pre-registration is required for classes in the culinary arts. Italian Winter Dinner at Fern Hollow Nature Center
If you missed the Italian Garden Dinner last summer this is your chance to enjoy a warm and hearty traditional Italian winter dinner served family style in front of a fire inside at the Nature Center. We will be cooking up a wonderful fresh, homemade pasta using eggs from local chickens and a slow simmered braciole over polenta. The dinner will also include appetizers, vegetables, salad, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages. This event will be BYOB.
