I love Easter. The music, the message, the lilies, the hope eternal. I love Easter. To get to the joy of Easter, we must first travel with Christ on a difficult path of betrayal, pain, suffering and death. The meal. The garden. The soldiers. The prison. The denial. It's too much for us the bear. We owe our salvation to Jesus Christ. Worship with us on Easter Sunday - and the days leading up to the joy of the resurrection.
Here's a quick reminder of upcoming schedules and events. |

I have always looked forward to Easter morning with anticipation, excitement and a heart filled with the promise of hope. It's as if the church is transformed on Easter morning, with fragrant Easter lilies, the aroma of baked goods and beautiful, spirit-filled music. The message from the pastor is one of renewed hope, the promise of a Savior who is coming soon. What a gift!
It is with deep appreciation that I thank all those who volunteer on Easter Sunday. The choirs, musicians, coffee hosts, ushers, greeters, readers, communion servers - you all help make Easter a special time for worship. Thank you to all of you who share part of your Easter celebration with your church family!
Praise God!
