Grades of Green
| |
Youth Board of Advisors Grades of Green is excited to announce that we are accepting applications for the 2012-2013 Youth Board of Advisors! The Youth Board of Advisors gives students the opportunity to build leadership skills, participate in public appearances, and learn how to effectively work in their communities to protect the environment. Grades of Green is looking for a diverse group of outstanding students who have shown a passion for helping the environment. No experience is necessary, but Youth Board Advisors will be required to implement, or help implement, at least one Grades of Green or other environmental education activity at their school. They also will be asked to orchestrate or participate in one community outreach event (e.g., a Beach Cleanup or Earth Day booth). The Youth Board is open to kids of all ages, assuming they are old enough to handle these responsibilities. Contact Carol Paden at carol@teampaden.com to learn more how your child can be part of this great leadership experience. |
