Homemade Puffy Paint
Looking for a fun craft your kids can do on a rainy day? Try making puffy paint -- it's simple and fun!
Ingredients: - 1 tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 tbsp. salt
- Food colouring of choice
- Enough water to make a paste
Directions: Mix all of the above ingredients together, and that's it! Use paint brushes or cotton swabs to paint on cardboard. It works best to brush paint on quickly. When you have finished painting the cardboard, microwave it for 5-10 seconds only and remove. Kids will love the puffy look of their art. Note: Do not microwave for too long. |
