Here are a few quick updates:

Our Let's Talk: Conversations About Women's Health lecture series was a great success. On May 12th experts talked about how to build a healthy lifestyle and strong relationships. Please join us in the Fall of 2012 for more informative lectures.

In this issue we have asked subject matter experts to write about:

  • The New 3-Dimensional Tomosynthesis Mammography
  • Why Do Females Injure Their Knee's Four to Six Times More Than Men...And What Can You Do About It?
  • A Guide to Skin Care for each Decade of a Woman's Life

WISH makes a commitment to educate women on health. To facilitate this goal we have engaged a community educational outreach program and created a Library of Articles. Connect to this electronic archive and read good information on health topics. Print out a copy of  our tools:

  • Be Active Your Way is a tool to track your physical activity
