Help from a Good Neighbor
Once again this fall, for the opening of school, the parishioners of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Peekskill generously collected and donated school supplies and backpacks for students of Peekskill High School who would otherwise be unable to afford them. "we are so fortunate to have such a caring group of neighbors who maintain this tradition of kindness," observed Principal Frederick Hutchinson. Shown below with Mr. Hutchnson (center) are John Hanley, Vestry member, and Linda Hanley.

Peekskill Football Alumni Back on September 29
All former Peekskill football players are invited to Football Alumni Day on September 29, when the Red Devils take on Port Chester. All former football players at Peekskill are invited to come have breakfast with this year's team at 10:30 a.m. at Peekskill High School. They will also be introduced at half time of the 1:30 game at Depew Park. Athletic Director Lou Panzanaro says: "Peekskill's greatest football team of all time, in my opinion, the undefeated 1955 team, will also be there. Come on out to the Park and get the debate going. This year's coaching staff and players have been working hard. Our numbers are up and I believe we are prepped to have one of our best year's in recent memory. Come give us your support!"
Contact Coach Panzanaro at 914-737-3300 x316 for more details.
