Congratulations to Peekskill High School Graduates

On a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon, Peekskill High School's Class of 2012 graduated 175 students, many of whom will be attending an impressive list of colleges in the fall. Senior Class president Kwasi Yeboah (shown right) presided over the ceremony, and handed a symbolic key to the next Senior Class president, Nikki Brady. Student council president Stephanie Gil, and Valedictorian Jennifer Gallego and Salutatorian Jenesis Gallego, who are sisters, spoke to their classmates, as did Superintendent James Willis. Retiring teachers and staff were
honored and applauded. Incoming Peekskill High School principal Frederick Hutchinson was introduced, along with Senior Class advisor April Kellum. Board of Education members (and proud District employees who were parents, such as Patricia Henry with J.R. Henry, right) distributed diplomas to the  graduates. (Shown below are Domonique Creight and Douglas Glickert.)

The lists of graduates, scholarships,  and college acceptances can be found below.
