Riders, Ever feel like you could be helping your horse more but just aren't sure how?
After you jump a course at a show, do you wonder if it looked the same to spectators (including the judge) as it felt to you?
Maybe you're not sure if the rail that came down was your error, or your horse's, or just bad luck.
If you've ever thought that seeing what happened on course might help your riding, we have a solution for you.
Sincerely,
The Staff at MacNair's Country Acres

jump.....watch yourself.....learn
Riders will jump two courses that will be videotaped. Riders decide fence height and whether the rounds will be judged as hunters, for equitation or as stadium jumping.
Thom Pollard will be judging and marking judge's cards. Thom is a USEF judge with an "R" rating in Hunters, Equitation and Jumpers. He also has a long record or riding, training and coaching champions at all levels.
After the horses are cooled out, you and Thom will watch your rounds together. You will have a unique opportunity see yourself riding while discussing your courses with Thom. You can watch the ride you gave your horse up to the jumps, the efforts he made that are represented on the judge's card and what you did to help or hinder.
This is a chance to ask questions and get some advice before you step in to the show ring. Have some fun watching yourself and your horse while improving your chances of winning. You may be surprised by what you learn.
