Laws of the Prohibition of Chametz on Pesach
The Torah commands us not to eat chametz, not to derive benefit from chametz, and not to own chametz throughout Pesach. These prohibitions are derived from the pasuk, "No chametz shall be seen in your possession. No leaven shall be seen in all of your territories." (Shemos 13:7).
Flour made from one of the five kinds of grain (wheat, barley, rye, oats, and spelt) which comes into contact with water becomes chametz if it's not baked within 18 minutes. Sometimes dough can become chametz in less than 18 minutes, for example, when the dough is kneaded in a warm room.

50 Suggestions for Concentrating during Prayer!
(50) Rav Shlomo Brevda said, every time one says a word that includes the meaning ("You") referring to HaShem, "From You" (in the 4th brocha). "Your wonders" (eighteenth brocha) you should emphasize syllable at the end of the word that translates as "You". This will help him aware that he's actually talking to HaShem..
