Part 3: POSTURE
3. One should not lean at all on anything during shemoneh esray. One should bend his head a bit so that his eyes are towards the ground, and his eyes should be closed unless he's looking into the siddur.
4. In a place where one stands in front of a king with his hands together, one should put his hands together on his heart, his right hand on his left hand, and stand like a servant in front of his master, in awe and fear.
