Part 3: POSTURE
1. One should stand during the Shemoneh Esray, with his feet together as if they were one.
2. One should stand facing Eretz Israel, and one who is in Erez Israel should face toward Jerusalem, and the place of the Holy Temple.

(17) The Tur on Orach Chayim says, one should not pray in a place where there is something that disturbs his concentration,
nor at a time when his concentration would be disturbed, for example when his mind is unsettled because of anger. If he must pray now, he should see to it that he first removes the thoughts that disturb him.
