Laws of V'sein Tal Umatar
1. If we become aware of the error of not saying "V'sein Tal Umatar" after we concluded the brocho of Shomea Tefilah, we must repeat the shemonah esrei from the brocho of borech alenu.
2. If we become aware of the error of not saying "V'sein Tal Umatar" after saying "Yehei Leratzon" at the end of shemonah esrei, we must repeat from the beginning of the shemonah esrei.
