Scouter receives Hornaday Gold Badge

The Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America has awarded Wayne Pfluger, of Conroe, the Hornaday Gold Badge for dedicated service to conservation and the youth in the area.

The Hornaday Gold Badge is granted to adult Scouters. It is recognition of the influence the individual has had on youth and on educational programs emphasizing sound stewardship of our nation's natural resources and environmental improvement during a period of at least three years.
