Annual Health Record
The Annual Health and Medical Record has been updated to consolidate all records from the National Council and the three national high-adventure base forms, enabling a single medical form to be used across all BSA activities. The new form, bin No. 680-001, supersedes the previous, catalog No. 34605; this new item should be phased in immediately as it renders the old forms obsolete. The Annual Health and Medical Record is required for participation in all Scouting events, including day and resident camps and high-adventure bases. It should be updated no less than annually. link to form frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Commissioner visits
Unit Visit Tracking System 2.0 (UVTS) is now available for any registered commissioner in the Council by accessing UVTS from their MyScouting.org profile. This tool records and reviews information about contact with the units they serve. With regular and consistent use, this system can provide each commissioner an "at-a-glance" overview of recent visits and a history of communications with each unit, which can help to provide timely and consistent support.
Commissioners can make reports on unit visit/contacts and have these reports reviewed by administrative commissioners. Visits display has additional unit data including expiration date, charter date, renewal status, and months' unit tenure. For more information
