Ahoy! The summer camp off-season is upon us but there is a lot happening here at Rolling River Day Camp!
- Join us on Saturday, October 29th at the annual Fall Festival for FREE rides, games, activities, crafts, trick or treating, petting zoo, face painting, yoga, martial arts, music and more!
- In November we will hold our first two days of Holiday Camp during Election Day and Veterans Day.
- Although our early enrollment period has come to an end we are currently offering a second round of alumni and early bird discounts!
- Blaze Sports Training will be holding lacrosse clinics at Rolling River for children of all ages over the next few weeks.
- Our business partners and campmates sponsors offer outstanding classes, lessons, clinics and workshops for children and parents all year long!

At Holiday Camp children participate in a day of camp activities while their parents are at work. Activities include:

Blaze Sports Training is holding 3 fall lacrosse sessions at Rolling River:
Beginner Boys (grades 1st through 5th) -
4 Wednesdays, starting October 19th from 4-5pm
Girls Skill Building (grades 4th through 8th) -
Sat. Oct. 22nd, Sun. Oct. 30th, Saturdays Nov. 5th and 12th from 4-5pm
Little Lax Stars (Pre-k and Kindergarten boys and girls) -
Sat. Oct. 22nd, Sun. Oct. 30th, Saturdays Nov. 5th and 12th from 3-4pm
The cost is $110 per child for 4 sessions.

Blaze Sports Training is owned and operated by Ron Kraemer, a lifelong Oceanside resident, NYC Fire Department Lieutenant, and father of four. Ron has coached numerous organized sports teams and has 20 years coaching experience. Ron keeps current on new coaching techniques by attending training, research and working with students regularly. Ron's passion for coaching shows in his one-on-one, small group and larger group training sessions. His goals include teaching the proper techniques so that the students can practice correctly on their own and helping each individual student to reach their own potential, all while having fun. |
Enrollment Update and Savings Opportunity
We want to take this opportunity to once again thank our loyal families for their support throughout the local communities. We have had more families than ever before take advantage of our Early Bird and Alumni Savings for our exciting 20th Anniversary "Sail"-A-Bration in summer 2012! EARLY FULL PAYMENT DISCOUNT- Pay in full by 10/31 and save $200
ALUMNI DISCOUNT- enroll by 10/31 and save $100 (only for campers who have previously attended RRDC)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT- enroll by 10/31 and save $100
SIBLING DISCOUNT-save $100 for a 2nd child and $200 for 3rd child, 4th child, etc.
***ALL DISCOUNTS ARE BASED ON AN 8 WEEK 5 FULL DAY PROGRAM.
All part-time programs receive pro-rated discounts.

FILL YOUR SAILS WITH SAVINGS-
Receive a check at the end of the summer to thank you for referring your friends! $50 for the first child, $100 for the second child, $150 for the 3rd child, $200 for the 4th, 5th, etc. for 8 week 5 full day programs. Checks are pro-rated for part-time programs. For example, if you refer two families and each family enrolls two children for 8 weeks and 5 full days, you get a check for $500 at the end of the summer! Each referral also gives you one entry into a raffle to win $1000 off camp tuition for the following summer.
Alumni, early bird and full payment discounts will expire at the end of the month so tell your family, friends, neighbors and anyone else you think might be interested in camp for 2012, NOW IS THE TIME TO ENROLL!
