Issue No. 18March 2011
Dear  ,
With spring just around the corner, this month's issue of Thrive highlights some important upcoming events and deadlines. For starters, it's not too early to consider taking advantage of UK's Reduced Summer Hours program, which allows employees to request temporary reductions in their work schedules.

Also, this is a good time to think about any benefit changes you might like to make: Benefits Open Enrollment starts April 25. Ready to learn more? Request a free Open Enrollment presentation for your team or department. If you're thinking about career advancement at UK this spring, make sure and register for this special "insider" insights event on April 8.

Finally, I hope you will check out two incredible "HealthSmart" events featuring our own UK HealthCare faculty on the topics of alternative medicine (March 17) and protecting yourself from ovarian cancer (April 14).  Speaking of health, don't forget to complete your Healthtrac Rewards online health assessment today. You'll earn $25 with just a few minutes of your time: Act now, this incentive is available for a limited time only.
