Issue No. 10July 2010
Dear  ,

This month's issue of Thrive highlights the 90-day Healthtrac Transformation challenge. This challenge has already motivated hundreds of our UK colleagues to set - and achieve - one or more personal health goals.

We are also asking all UK staff and faculty to review and update (if needed) their work addresses in myUK Employee Self-Service. This will help greatly improve communications between colleagues and departments across our organization.

If you have questions or suggestions for this newsletter, simply reply to this e-mail to let us know. We welcome your feedback.

Your transformation doesn't have to be drastic. In fact, you may be surprised at how effective and rewarding small behavior changes can be. HR Training and Development Now Manages
UK HealthCare Enterprise Learning
As part of a recent collaborative effort between UK HealthCare leadership and UK Human Resources, the employee training functions of Chandler Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Ambulatory Services (Kentucky Clinic) are now part of a single entity called Enterprise Learning. The transition of employee education within each of these entities into a single enterprise means the consolidation of resources, cross-trained staff and leveraging of people and technology resources for the very first time.
