For many of us, our fitness regimen is an extremely important part of our daily routine. But have you ever stopped to think about how much our nation's youth is learning about fitness? We are constantly bombarded with the latest fitness trends, fad diets and magic weight loss pills that offer the "one stop shop" for weight loss. Luckily, we have several tools available at our fingertips that allow us to accurately sift through the floods of advertisements and help us identify the most pertinent information.

What about the kids? We all know that kids learn the most from their parents, especially at a young age. A child's parents are the single most influential people in their young lives. So who better to positively influence our kids than Mom and Dad?  Continue reading.
Alumni Gym Locker Room Renovations

Just a reminder:  Renovations will begin in mid- May. While these renovations are underway, one of our main objectives is keep the Body Shop facility open as much as possible. However, due to the extensive renovations that will be taking place, it will be necessary to close for short bouts throughout the summer. We will do our best to disrupt your workouts as little as possible.  Renovations are slated to be complete by mid-August.  We will keep you updated as work progresses. Keep updated via our Facebook page!

During renovations, the locker rooms will be inaccessible.  However, we are hoping to have alternate facility locations, of which we will inform you. Stay tuned for more information!
