Tony lost 100 pounds with the help of UK Healthtrac Rewards 
Tony Cattoi, a UK employee, doesn't use a bad day as an excuse to fall back into unhealthy habits. He has a new way of looking at it.
"Now I realize it is okay to have a bad day occasionally just so long as you have that many more good days," Tony says. With the help of UK Healthtrac Rewards, Tony lost 100 pounds and ran a marathon.

UK celebration of African American History Month continues over the next two weeks, with a film series and a special keynote lecture by accomplished playwright and author Jabari Asim on February 26. Free Income Tax Prep Assistance Available Through UK College of Law
Through April 15, the College of Law's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program is available to help with tax preparation. The program is staffed by College of Law student volunteers who have been certified in tax preparation. Members of the UK community are encouraged to take advantage of this service.
