Strengthen Your Body & Nourish Your Mind This Holiday Season
Let your yoga practice be a reminder of balance, resolve and goodwill as we begin the Holiday season. Make a point of committing to continuing your regular practice or finding a few minutes of self-practice or reflection when you need it the most. Start now in early December to see how this Holiday season may be different from past years. Our workshop schedule this month offers lots of opportunities to practice or help you cope with the stresses of the season.

Take care of yourselves first so you can take care of others. If you're fortunate enough to be in a position to help financially a little bit, please help those in need. There are many organizations where you can donate money or your time to make sure families stay warm and have enough to eat. Another easy way to help everyone and something we can all do is to share the gifts of kindness and respect with each other every day. As enlightened students of yoga, let's lead the way.

We will be open most of the month early to late for your convenience as always with the exception of Christmas. A modified Holiday schedule will be available in the next few weeks.

Slow Flow with Sound Healing
led class by Megan Windeler accompanied with music by Amber Field
Sunday, December 5th (1:30-3:30pm)
Cost: $30 in advance or $35 at the door

Megan WindelerSlow your roll and open your heart with sweet movement and music by Amber Field.

In this workshop we will explore being present with the flow of movement from asana to asana, going slow and mindful enough to honor the transitions between movements as shapes in and of themselves.

We will hold shapes long enough to find their inner flow and the rhythm of our own breath. Amber's original and heartfelt music creates an atmosphere of energy and support for going deep into each shape. The intuitive and organic flow of her sounds reminds us not to stop and wait for the next shape but to explore the limitless potential of each breath, shape and movement, opening us up to the healing and transforming power of Yoga. This workshop is open to all levels.

Beginners as well as Pregnant and New Mamas welcomed and encouraged to attend.
